13 Year old daughter with Down Syndrome

Why does my daughter constantly talks to herself, sometimes she sounds like she is growling, she rocks back and forth whole sitting down and she cant seem to sit still. She constantly is moving around, meaning if she is sitting down she gets up frequently to walk around the house to move back and forth front to back. She even asked me why does she talk to herself so much? I would like to help her I feel horrible for her. Anyone have any suggestions?
