16 year old with a terrible problem

My son is now 16 but when he was age 9 he was diagnosed with ADHD then at age 12 diagnosed with mild Tourettes Do. He has had his variety of tics but a serious problem now is urinating in his bedroom floor. Is this a tic or more of OCD behavior or what?? He says something just comes over him and he feels the need to do it. What to do?
