30 yr old adult with SPD

I have severe pain with surgeries. i feel everything that goes on in the inside of my body. what can i do or why is happening??? im going in for a tubal sterilization and i dont understand why i have this and want to know if its symptom common with SPD? everything that i have read on this site makes sense to me in so may ways and im sure i have been dealing with this my whole life
