4 year old constantly jumping and running, always seeking touch

Our 4 year old was always very active, but for the past few months its just become unbearable, she jumps all day long, she does not walk, she always runs, jumps on the furniture, that is how she moves around the house; can't sit still for a second at the end of the day can't go to sleep. She also constantly hugs us (parents) and kisses us, which is nice, but it seems like she does it way more than other two kids. Is it possible she has SPD?

I found great success at bedtime when I gave my son a massage on his large muscle groups, and look into occupational therapy, or exercises to do from this website that are OT related to help your daughter relax before school, or before going on errands. My son needed me to say I love you back 100 times a day, and had to touch my cheek or poke me every few minutes, so it sounds like you daughter needs reassurance that you still love her even though she senses you are not happy with her behavior. We found such relief when we started using OT exercises, as our son began to "toughen up" his system an he was able to focus on more productive activities. All the best.
