Well... What Do You Expect?!

It was the end of summer vacation and my 6.5 year old SPD boy was about to go from kindergarten to school.

We talked about it; and I've asked him about his feelings and what his expectations of first grade were...

His answer was short and confident (and made me laugh!)...
"I'm expecting to graduate first grade!"
