Adolescent/Adult SPD Checklist

by Kylie

Me, loving my soft, squishy cat, Gabriel!

Me, loving my soft, squishy cat, Gabriel!

My husband and I suspect that we both struggle with SPD, at opposite ends of the "spectrum"! We've filled out the checklists for both of us; now...is there a scoring guide? What is our next step?

This is very interesting to me because I'm an elementary school teacher (1st grade) and have been learning on the job for the last several years as undiagnosed and diagnosed children become my students. I know whom to refer parents to, and what books for parenting children with SPD, but I'm not sure how to approach getting help for me and my husband, as adults with SPD. Neuropsychologist?

Thanks,
Kylie
