Bathroom problem

Child is almost 5 and will use the toilet to urinate but not to move bowels - must use a pullup for bowel movement.

Also loves to play but will not join in any organized games.

Is extremely shy.

Has never been diagnosed and pediatrician has not been helpful as to whether or not there may be a sensory problem.
