Cannot sit still

My 5 year old has been rather unique from birth. He is our 4th child, so we are not novices in regards to how children act. WE ARE novices when faced with this youngster, lol ! Long story short, Our 5 year old CANNOT sit still AT ALL, he is always making noise with his mouth (talking, singing, any other sound known to mankind.....), he is always needing contact with the family, he always feels the need to pinch (people and pets), Hates to be isolated from family in the house (someone must be in the room at all times)......... Ugh!!!!!
