Does your kid seem to get hot or cold easily?

by Melissa
(Colorado)

My son is like this, he gets cold and it's like an emergency to him and sometimes he gets hot and it's not even that hot. He has SPD, just wondering if others have this too.

Too hot NEW
by: Mom in Florida

My 12 year old son has SPD. He is very sensitive to heat. He often gets so over-heated at P.E. or just playing that he gets a severe headache and vomits. This has been going on for several years so we have ruled out issues such as dehydration and asthma. Two friends of mine have autistic children and they are also very sensitive to heat. I hope this helps.
