My name is Greg Irwin. I first started exercising my fingers in college to help me pass a piano proficiency exam which was required for music education majors. This gave me the idea to exercise and isolate all of the natural movements of my fingers to improve strength, dexterity, and coordination. This exercise program was initially intended to help musicians, magicians, typist and anybody else who needs a high level of hand ability. I call the exercise program Finger Fitness.
I would be very interested in your opinion of this concept. Here is a video overview that shows some of the basic exercises.
