Fussy dresser

My 9 year old daughter, has had issues on and off for years, with the seams in socks and her underwear giving her (excuse the wording ) wedgies. She goes threw and tries on at least ten pairs of either before she makes up her mind about which are more comfortable. Because she is quiet skinny i find that the part of the knickers that go through between her legs are to wide, and have tried searching for thinner ones and have had no luck, have even tryed boy leg's no such luck as she does not like them either.. if any body has any idea's or suggestions i would love to hear them.. thank you.

Socks and Underwear NEW
by: Anonymous

We get my son's socks on Therawear, get the SmartKnit Kids brand (no seams) only socks he's been able to wear. Expensive but worth it. For underwear Hanna Anderson has great organic cotton undies for boys and girls. The elastic is covered so it's all just soft cotton where it touches skin. I don't know what we'll do when he grows out of that store!

Maybe you could buy some new ones and trim them down and little and give them a quick hem. That way they wouldn't be so big in that area. Just a suggestion. We don't have that particular problem, but we do have trouble w/clothes so I totally understand. Keep trying new things till you find one that works! Good luck.
