It depends NEW
by: Anonymous

I think it depends on what soothes you. For my daughter, who is only five, I have a tent set up because she likes the feeling of being enclosed. It has pillows and soft blankets in it as well as some toys she likes to play with, stressballs, koosh balls and silly putty. These are the things that help her to calm down and reorganize herself. You may have to experiment to see what works best for you.
