I believe it's real

A co-worker of my wife was talking about her son being diagnosed with SPD. As they were talking the co-worker was explaining what symptoms her son has. My wife instantly thought of our four year old. Everything the co-worker's son is doing, our son does. I realize this doesn't mean my son has SPD, but it could be so we're going to get him checked out. Until today, I had never heard of SPD.
