Low Energy - Fatigue Issues

Is there anything I can do to help my child increase his energy level as due to SPD he is very easily fatigued? Will this ever improve or will he go through life tired? Thank You!!!

We have same issue...our sons neurologist did some blood work and found that our son has a mild metabolic disorder. He is on supplements now, prescribed by neuro, coq10 and l- .

my son also has mild spd and some fatigue issues. but we also know he has low muscle tone which doesn't help the fatigue.

we have benefited from making sure he gets some type of exercise at least 30 minutes a day. that has made a big difference.

have you tried changing his diet at all? many children with spd have intestinal issues and food sensitivities that go undetected.

how about a natural vitamin supplement like a B vitamin?

there can also be medical conditions associated with fatigue, is that a possibility in combination with the spd?

good luck.
