Male, age 50

I have always been very thin and awkward, with a tendency to slouch. It was very difficult for me to maintain good posture either when standing or sitting. Two years ago I started working out with weights, in private of course. The muscle development has helped significantly with my posture but I still tend to sit on my foot, alternately right or left. I have not been able to train myself to just sit properly in a chair, yet.
