Mum of one (also an RN and qualified to be a primary teacher)

I am learning about this over the last week, and it appears to fit my son perfectly - well he has many cues to a sensory seeker, and having gone to one OT therapist with SPD as a focus, he responds well to lots of therapy she exposed him too.

I wasn't happy with a diagnosis of ADHD or ADD and didn't want to accept unqualified people making that judgment and so this diagnosis is more in tune to all of my son, not the just parts when he is hyper or in an uncomfortable environment.
