My five year old

I have a five year old with all three types of spd and is very violent to himself and others he hurts him self really bad and i feel the person who has custody is not doing the right things for him. he talks about dieing and things and it really worries me and i fear for him.

The advice I can give you is to refer to a child psychiatrist, because very often the SPD and the result of another diagnosis. There must be a medical advice for appropriate treatment.
