OCD along with SPD

Does anyone have a child that has OCD? My son has an appointment March 13th to be checked for OCD and ADD. He was diagnosed with SPD when he was 8 years old. He is having a hard time in school. He never brings his homework home and he says the kids are always picking on him. He is 10 years old now.

The counselor told me that he has to have his books, papers, pencils, and crayons stacked in a certain order and he is always preoccupied with this and she thinks that is why he never does his work. He is always rearranging things and they have to be just so so. What treatments are available for a child with OCD and ADD? Any information would be very helpful.
