Parents rights with the school

Is it a law of some kind that says the parents of children with spd, are not entitled to copies of the forms that the teachers have filled out?

So I'm Shannon,14,I'm going to 9th grade in August (2 months). Living with SPD has gotta be one of the most frustrating aspects of my life. It's really
