Parents with SPD and CHildren with SPD

Mommy daughter day!!!

I am a parent with SPD and am raising my daughter with SPD...I am also homeschooling. What advice do you have that can help both of us? It seems that I have yet to find very much information that deals with adults, along side of their children. Anything you can direct me to to would be much appreciated. Thank you so much!
