PICKY EATER IDEAS.... WELL ITS FOOD FOR THOUGHT

by Linseynicole
(north tx, us)

In my case I have two picky eaters whom I have continually made thick malt shakes for and added probiotic vitamins I purchased from a neurosensory specialist that my daughters see. Taking her off alot of the juice and milk that both of my daughters so frequently loved was hard but a bigger and better step, I have supplemented it with water or lemonade. But now by offering them a meal and cutting down on snacks here and there, it has helped.

It's not to say my advice would work for everyone but in my case I can only speak from my own experience.
