Refuses to get hands wet.

My 10 year old daughter refuses to wet her hands...Will not was them, shower herself or swim... I have to shower hers she keeps her hands above her head.. She said it's a painful strange feeling...She gets after the hands are wet..What can I do to help her..She also refuses to walk on sand. And only wear certainly clothes..if I fry to do any of these she has a complete melt down..Help!!
