Before we removed gluten and dairy, my son woke up several times per night. We also added probiotics and digestive enzymes, fish oils, and vitamins including magnesium and Epsom salt baths at night. This helped get him to just once per night. About a month ago we started giving him melatonin. This has helped him sleep through the night finally. Look at possible food allergies or sensitivities and an elimination diet. Good luck on your journey and I wish you restful sleep.
