Sleep problems

I need help because I can't sleep. My brain is on super overload from construction paint smells, tile, glue, smells, noise of hammers and other nail guns including the air compressor. At night they are gone but I can't sleep. I have sensory processing disorder and Im 24 years old and my name is Amanda Sanders.
