SPD help in NYC

Hello,

I was wondering if you have any information on getting help with SPD in NYC? We were looking for a pediatric Neurologist that specializes in SPD (in New York) but it's very hard to find. Any information you may have would be greatly appreciated. I have a bazillion listings for Pediatric Neurologist under our insurance. But after numerous calls and answers like "What's SPD?" it gets very discouraging. Most that answer the call seem uncaring. Please help.
