My son (age 10.5) who has been diagnosed with ADHD and learning disabilities, and definitely has some SPD issues too. While watching tv he pulls on his upper lip. What can I give him to stop doing that?

So I'm Shannon,14,I'm going to 9th grade in August (2 months). Living with SPD has gotta be one of the most frustrating aspects of my life. It's really
