3 year old with hypotonia is smacking lips and grinding teeth

My son is 3 years old. He has hypotonia, and he has had difficulty swallowing and processing food since birth. He is grinding his teeth, and he has started to smack his lips. While he is exceptionally gifted intellectually, he has trouble clearly pronouncing some words--beginnings and endings--and he sounds like he has a little lisp. He has seen an eating therapist to hone his chewing skills, but those sessions are long past and I don't know what to do about his other issues which I think are related. He has a fine motor skills deficit. What can I do for him?

It sounds like you should have a speech Eval and on OT eval. Possibly a feeding team evaluation if eating is still an issue.

May I know what you did to improve his eating
... Cause I have a 20 month old son who has a hard time ea ting solid foods that we decided to give him milk for now so he does not get traumatized about food.
