3 year old boy had difficulty in sitting, standing,and walking. And his muscles appeared to be poorly developed. what disease is this?

Is it possible he is hypotonic (low-tone)? My 3yr old daughter is hypotonic as are many kids with spd. Your pediatrician can do a simple check of his reflexes but a neurologist needs to diagnose it. If so, regular physical therapy, and lots of exercise can help.
