How can I get my 2 year old to talk?

He is not autistic but still not talking as an 2 year old should. Can anyone help?

We just adopted a little boy from China and we were put in touch with Child & Family Connections. There are offices all over the USA. You call, they come out and do an assessment for your child age 0-3yrs and if it is found they need help, they send therapists to your home (speech, ot & pt). Here are the contacts for your area. I found this site a while ago and its pretty helpful. My daughter, who is 4, has a difficult time answering questions and I use some of their suggestions. It seems to be working. I hope you find something useful for you.
