My 6 years old boy is diagnosed SPD. Doesn't talk at all and doesn't sleep before 1 am

My 6 years old boy is diagnosed SPD. Doesn't talk at all and doesn't sleep before 1 am.

He is having OT and ST therapies since 3 years. 2 times per week for each.

First. Do SPD / SID boys usually have speech delays?
Would he talk one day?
What can I do to help him to sleep?
