Older children with Sensory issues

What are some things I can do with my older child (14) for treatment. He was diagnosed when he was around 3. I did techniques at home when he was younger and now I am at a loss.

Do kids with SPD have to deal with this their whole life or will they grow out of it? He also has ADHD.

My grandson is 12, and has so much anger and frustration, he does well with grades, but is very short fused with teachers, and some class room time does any one have suggestions on social interactions he refuses to do anything physical and is always exhausted
