Please Read!!!

My 3 yr old daughter has SPD. My daughter and I are victims of domestic violence. My husband and I are now going through a divorce. He was arrested for Domestic Violence on July 4.



The judge issued a Protective Order when he was released from jail. We are in the middle of our divorce and he wants "shared parenting". Does anybody know where I can find information on Child Abuse/domestic violence connecting them with SPD? My husband and I are both ADHD. He is trying to say that my medication has resulted in her SPD. I took it while pregnant because my Ob/GYN told me to! I need some good advice,please.

Get the OT you are working with to explain the specific care your daughter needs. He should be able to demonstrate to the court that he is capable of providing this needed care and if not, he should not be allowed to share parenting.
