Sleep recommendation

My son didn't sleep through the night for 5 years. We did OT, melatonin, bath time with epson salts and lavendar, sleep stories, so many things. He has a strong residual moro reflex from birth, leg cramps, and night terrors.




I finally broke down and took him to a holistic chiropractor, he recommended we take my son off dairy, and within two adjustments he was sleeping through the night. This and kids magnesium calm chews have been the most helpful things so far.

The other thing that has helped a lot is we got a dog who snuggles with him all night. The perfect warm weighted pillow with a heartbeat.

I'm sooooo glad u found what works for your child. Congratulations! May I ask a question and make another recommendation? Because of the dairy reaction and leg issues too, were u ever anemic? Check if bloodwork was ever done for the following...

Hemoglobin and mchc in the cbc
Ferritin
Iron panel (iron saturation and TIBC)

THE reason I mention these is because it could also be iron deficiency, like pre-anemia. Especially if you were low in iron while pregnant with him. Good to rule this out too.
