Sleep/lycra sheets/bunk bed

Because my son over-heats and sweats at night instead of a weighted blanket the OT recommended we use lycra sheets and a bunk bed. Anyone have experience with the lycra sheets or bunk bed to help a child feel safe at night sleeping?

Brilliant website that sells body socks -they are great and reasonably priced also better for temperature regulation. Daughter sleeps under one, and has duvet on-top when needed

Instead of a tent or a canopy to surround him and give him boundaries to feel safe in his bed.

I was curious if they explained the bunk bed to you... why would it help?

My son had this problem during the warm weather .... so we bought Body Sox ( lycra, pillowcase-like sack)..... It is good for all year around and it met my son's need who has Hypo-SI. During the winter, he would used it under the blanket...... while he slept. I dont see how bunk bed is going to help? You can order body sox through Southpaw Enterprises. Good Luck!
