SPD and Scizoaffective disorder

I have some tactile defensiveness. I don't like to be touched and I hate people behind me. I hated kisses and hugs id like to know is this normal in scizoaffective disorder and I hate to sit on the same seat as other people.




although I like hugs from friends some times not even then. is this normal in this disorder?

This is normal, I have a son just like this. Actually his grandpa is the same way. They stiffen up when anyone hugs them. They and yourself have an imaginary bubble protecting them. My son is just reserved with an introvert personality. Maybe you are also.

You're a perfectly normal person with sensory sensitivities who doesn't like germs. Definitely not schizsophrenic.
