Spontaneously synced speech

I have this ability to lip sync and say what others are saying at the same time they are saying it, what does this mean?

I do that also, to a certain extent. Usually I beat the other person by a second or so, but sometimes I say it in sync. It can get on my family's nerves when we watch a new show and I say a line right before the character does, even though I've never watched the program before.

I have been searching the web for some info on this phenomenon and your comment was the only thing I found. My husband also does this and I was trying to find out if it is related to Asperger's syndrome. I think he has Aspergers, but has not yet been diagnosed. Do you have any diagnosed issues? It's a very strange phenomenon, but haven't found any info. about it, have you?
