A Therapressure Brush (Wilbarger DPPT)

by Kristin
(Mansfield, TX)

I need to purchase a proprioception brush for my daughter. I can't find one anywhere! I was taught how to brush her and do joint compression, but not given a brush! Can you help me?

Thanks!

Sure!! Here's the link to the new therapressure brushes...

But, good grief, how could they NOT give you a brush??!! Oh my.

Hope this helps!

providing brushes
by: Anonymous

As a therapist, we give one of the smaller objects to families. The cost comes out of our pockets. When the families lose the whistles, brushes, belly balls, etc., they ask us for multiple of each things. It becomes ridiculous for us and very expensive quickly.

therapy tools
by: Anonymous

My sentiments exactly, over the years for my 5 y.o. child who has down syndrome, I was given brushes, flavored tongue depressors, chewys, spoons, nosy cups... if the therapist expects you to follow through on what she demonstrates to you and you are giving her business.... she should be giving you the tools.... I mean the bigger tickets items I can see but these tools are small, but effective.... Hope all goes well...
