Concerned grandparent

Our grandson is 12 months old and does crawl, stand or walk. He sits very well and passes objects from hand to hand. He does not put things to his mouth but eats very well when fed. He twists his hands while opening his mouth often. Very concerned and sad. We also have a granddaughter with Spinabifida. Our 12 month old grandson is her brother. Our grandson does make eye contact.
