Environmental Health and Safety Specialist

by DJ
(Brookings, SD)

My story is just in the beginning stages... I was working with a psychologist on social anxiety, and as I described the assault that an experience in a crowd hands me, he referred me to an OT. Now I'm trying to figure this whole thing out. For example, how could I go my whole life without figuring this out? Why is everything I see online directed at children?

And most importantly, now that I know why I vomit with certain smells, am moved to violence by loud noises, will rip the tags out of my shirts rather than suffer a second longer for a scissors, need to be in soft light, can't wear any but the softest clothes, I can't wear dresses or skirts at all (the fights my mother and I would get into...) etc, etc. What do I do?
