Picky eaters wholesome waffles ;) steam butternut, sweet potato, little carrot to soft enough to pulp with fork. Cup full with 2 eggs 1/3 cup selfraise 4 tblsp oil Cook in waffle iron. Begin by adding Oetker sugar rainbow sprinkles to the batter to hide spots of veg colour. Serve with whatever they eat, yoghurt ice cream frozen yoghurt soft serve...

Now stop fussing over veg and relax a while. I added other veg from time to time. But eggs are good source of protein and a whole lot more. My son is 8 and eats about 7 things. This waffle adds 4 more to the plate and he DOES NOT KNOW whats in there.
