Twins..SPD?

I suspect my identical twin girls have SPD. Now nearly 12, they are more than I can cope with. Issues at home, school, relationships etc. Help!!

I’m 16 now and and I’m not quite sure how long this has been going on for, but I just hate the feeling, sound, look or anything to do with metal. When
