17 month old daughter covers her ears when anything is slightly loud or sudden. She looks terrified.

My daughter's head measured large at her twelve month visit. Whenever something surprises her or if it is slightly loud she covers her ears. She bites me when frustrated and has begun mouthing herself. She spins in circles when music plays and will laugh out of nowhere. She throws tantrums often and they end suddenly. Her verbal communication, turning when her name is called and eye contact are all good. She shrugs and rolls her eyes a lot. Does this sound like one thing that should be looked into further?
