3 1/2 year old clothing NIGHTMARE!! Is it SPD???? HELP

Hello,

I have a 3 1/2 year old son. He had speech delay and is now talking up to level for the most part for his age. I recently took him into the developmental preschool hoping they would help me with his behavioral problems and help him gain some structure, I think it's good for kids. Anyways, make a long story short, I started researching SPD and ADD IN children his age , it was like a lightbulb, SPD sounded so much like him but mostly to the point that could either be an SPD thing or a 3 year old boy thing.

My son, I love him to DEATH but, I hate to say, he is a brat... :( he has a pair of pajama pants that he wants to wear EVERYDAY ALL DAY LONG, if I don't allow him to, he will ask me numerous times a day to wear them. He hates wearing shirts, won't leave on socks and shoes... I feel completely stuck because at first the preschool messed up and scored him at a level of a 5 year old. When I brought him in for the 2nd evaluation, they realized it & told me he would not be accepted into the program due to him not scoring low enough. It was very bitter sweet.

So I guess my question is, what do I do now? I am at my wits end with this and don't know how to handle it. I want to know doing the right thing & I guess j just don't know what that is? I brought him into his dr & they referred him to OT, its a 6 month waiting list, i cant wait that long to start seeing some progress or knowing what to do. Any suggestions...
