5 year old... issues for over 2 years

I just don't know what to do anymore. I don't know how to help my 5 year old daughter. These are daily issues I am having with her.

She just woke up crying for no reason went to the bathroom, cries because she feels wet and wipes so much to the point she says she has to use a towel to dry herself.

Then it's the issue with her underwear feeling too tight. We have used and tried almost every single type of underwear there are. She's the most comfortable in boy shorts underwear. Then it's an issue with her shorts. Then issues with blankets and sheets. Her hair is a whole other story.

Her socks drive her nuts, we finally got her long socks that she pulls up all the way to knees. Her pants she has to have rolled up to be high waters so they "are not wrinkly." She has a full closet of shirts and she only wears a few. Her jackets have to be rolled up. Short sleeves feel weird to her with a jacket. She can't have shoelaces because they hang, and has to have her shoe tag directly in the middle.

She's been biting her nails and toe nails. She used to have such beautiful nails, now they are jagged. On top of all that she has vomiting issues that the doctor diagnosed as acid reflux. She would vomited every single night for 6 months straight and her first doctor just kept telling me that nothing was wrong her. I switched her doctors and this doctor diagnosed her with acid reflex after running food allergy tests.

This has been going on for 2 years already. I told the doctor about these sensory issues, and just said she's stubborn.

I don't know what else to do. I don't know how to help her. Ive seen her tell her classmates that she doesn't want to be their friend. We've had talks about a bullying, and she's better with it now.

I am at a lost.
