9 year old with SPD talks like a baby

My daughter was diagnosed with SPD when she was 3. She recently turned 9 and has not grown out of her baby voice. She constantly talks in a voice younger than she is, but when prompted can use her 9 year old voice. She is in speech therapy which has helped her with the sounds of her r and s sounds, but it's not helping with the pitch of her voice.

We've had her in OT, but not for awhile. Does anyone have experience with therapeutic listening or another auditory program for listening that's helped with speech? Or does anyone have experience in general with this?
