A child with cerebral palsy who is obsessive about certain things touching their tongue ie. a hair and they end up freaking out until it is gone

I have a two and a half year old daughter who has a very mild form of cerebral palsy. It seems that whenever she gets a hair on her tongue or something else on her tongue that bothers her she freaks out. We usually tell her to take her blanket and wipe whatever is on her tongue off.

However she sometimes is still so upset that she has us do it. Us doing it for her usually calms her down.

The other question I have is I would like to know if anyone out there who's child with the same disability as mine daughter's tends to act out at meal time. She will take her plate and just dump the food that is on it or if she has a juice box she will just dump it upside down.
