A comfortable chair for SPD sufferer

I am 73 years old and have been diagnosed with SPD. Sitting for a while is very painful for me. I have buttock pain around the pubis area. My chair at home is cushioned with a board underneath, but I am in misery when sitting on it and am forced to sit with one hip in the air which throws my back and neck in a bind. Could anyone who has SPD recommend a comfortable chair and where to buy it? Thank you so much.
