Anxiety in Adult Autism

My daughter (age 36) over the past 14 months has been given many different medications. Trintellix was the most useful drug she had and had been on it several years. But then her doctor took half of that away and started adding other medications. She became immediately suicidal without the accustomed dosage of Trintellix.

However, when the doctor put her back on her previous dosage he also added another drug. This has continued as a pattern for all of these months. Trintellix stayed, something else was added. Clonazepam was added as necessary over the past 10 months. Now she is also on Latuda. None of the medications has helped and the constant change has been very difficult for her.

Her anxiety is beyond measure now. Who can we talk to about this?
