Battle of the clothes.

My 4 year old son was naked half of his 3rd year. Just stated wearing clothes 5 months ago. Then the last 4 weeks I cant get him to wear anything again. Cant wear a sock on the left foot. Everything is to tight even if it a size to big and falling off. The seat belt Is to tight. screams it hurting him. always say his behind hurts. We often go to the store with no shoes on.He sleeps naked and he gets so cold because he wont keep the cover on.
I live with my mom who is old school and she is not very sensitive.
I dont know what to do?
