Boyfriend with spd and dates

I've been dating him for 3 months now and I'm sorry to say that I've been an bitch about not going out on dates. I don't have SPD and am having a hard time reminding myself that he has it too because he is such an outgoing people person who loves the outdoors.
Reading your stories has paint a picture about the things he has told me about SPD and I could use some help finding a middle ground where or what we should do for a date. Or if I shouldn't expect to go out?
